These Terms of Trade will govern the contractual relationships between any individual, who is not acting as a commercial entity, wishing to purchase the Products on the pantomime-parfum.com website. To this purpose, the purchaser and the seller agree that these Terms of Trade will, together with the order, as accepted by OPSYONS BV, the Terms of use and the Privacy Policy, exclusively govern their relationships.
1. In these Terms of Trade, “PANTOMIME Parfum” means OPSYONS BV, trading as PANTOMIME Parfum, ‘you’ means the individual who is ordering product on the website, and the “Products” means the PANTOMIME Parfum products which may be ordered on the pantomimeparfums.com website.
2. By purchasing a Product on the website, you formally accept, without reserve, these Terms of Trade which apply to any purchase delivered worldwide.
The online sale of Products offered on pantomime-parfum.com website is intended to individuals who are residing worldwide.
PANTOMIME Parfum
The Products covered by these Terms of Trade are those presented on the pantomime-parfum.com website, within the limits of available stocks.
OPSYONS BV will make its best efforts so that the photograph of the Products is as good as possible. Please note, however, that the representation of the Products as reproduced from your screen may differ from the exact Product.
The Shipping Fee is specified in the Order Total. International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties imposed by your country’s government. If your order is subject to these duties/taxes they will not appear on your invoice, but will be presented to you and collected by the parcel carrier at time of delivery. Also, if you refuse to pay taxes/duties your parcel be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged for the return shipment costs.
The Delivery time will be: 1. Where the Order is to be delivered to an address within The Netherlands, OPSYONS BV will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Order within 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the Order was submitted by you; 2. Where the Order is to be delivered to an address in another country, OPSYONS BV will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Order within 15 working days from the date the Order was submitted by you; 3. You will be required to sign for all deliveries.
