How long does Pantomime fragrances last?

All our fragrances are made to last for a long time. Since we’re a brand focusing on placing a synthetic raw material on the throne this might also tire your nose out over time. Meaning that you will possibly smell it a little less after months of wearing it but you’ll still receive plenty of compliments. If that happens just take a break for a few days and you’ll nose will be able to pick up all of the fragrance again, from top note all the way down to the base.

Are PANTOMIME Perfumes Molecular Fragrances?

No, they cannot be categorized as Molecular Fragrances. Our approach is for a synthetic raw material to be our lead character, accompanied by well-chosen naturals. This is how we can add depth and complexity that simple formulas, like molecular fragrances, never can achieve. It’s a fine balance between science and nature.

Are synthetic raw materials bad? Are natural raw materials good?

There would be no modern perfumery without synthetic raw materials and they have been around for a long time — since the 1800s, in fact. Synthetic raw materials enable perfumers to create light, darkness, shadows, color and textures.

It enables us to translate things into scent that naturals simply can’t do in the same way. At Pantomime we believe in a combination of synthetics and naturals. This way we can create the Opaque Clarity we like to call our style of fragrance — Transparent Depth.

I can’t smell my fragrance anymore. Does that mean it has bad longevity?

It’s a common occurrence that you smell your fragrance less and less when wearing it often. Theories as to why this happens are plenty, but one of the more interesting ones is that this dates back to a time when we had a greater need to sense danger approaching where we lived. You smelled the people and animals around you less and picked up on new, unknown scents more easily.

Nose fatigue — as it’s also known — is simply your body desensitizing itself to stimulation over time to prevent overloading your nervous system, allowing you to respond to new stimuli more easily. That’s why it can be good to alternate between fragrances or just take a break for a few days.

Are the Fragrances Vegan?

All ACT’s are vegan with the exception of ACT 2. (This act is not 100% vegan due to the musk Ambrettolide, which is produced from Shellac — itself made by lacbugs.)

Are samples offered with my order?

Yes! Each 100 ml fragrance you order* comes along with a sample kit : a set of 5 ml samples of all acts.

Inclusive one sample of the same fragrance so you can try it out before opening your fragrance box packaging. We also offer you 4 extra samples of other PANTOMIME Parfum fragrances that you may like. The perfect way to get to know our complete collection, or as gift for Friends and Family. (Worth 25 euro)

How long does it take to receive my package?

Most of our orders are shipped within the 1 business day after your purchase from our Dutch warehouse, pending availability and credit verification.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within :

  • European Union and The Netherlands: 2-3 business days of its ship date
  • International : 4-5 business days weeks of its ship date

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

We do not ship on the weekend.

I made a mistake in my delivery address. can I modify it?

My order never arrived. What should I do?

I received my package but there is a problem. what should I do?

We make every effort to ensure you receive your orders in the best conditions.

If your package is damaged, if your item is missing or if you have received the wrong item you did not order, contact our customer service by email at info@pantomime-parfum.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

I placed my order, but I changed my mind… Can I still modify or cancel it?

If you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service as soon as possible: we will do our best to help you.

If your order is already being prepared, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it. In this case, you must send your unwanted item back by mail.

I ordered a PANTOMIME Parfum. I tried the perfume and I don’t like the scent. How do I return my package and get a refund?

1. I have tried the perfume sample and the packaging of the full size is unopened.

With each purchase, a complimentary discovery set with 1.5 ml (0.05 fl.oz.) samples is included. Use these to test the fragrance before opening the full-size packaging.

If your perfume does not suit you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your unopened 100 ml (3.38 fl.oz.) package to us in its original case.

2. I have tried the fragrance and the packaging of the full-size perfume is opened.

Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, if the packaging of the bottle has been opened or the bottle used, we cannot refund you.

To test your perfume, please use the included sample before opening the full-size bottle.

How do I know if the fragrance has not been used?

In order to verify that our perfumes have not been used and are still in their original packaging, we manually inspect each returned order.

However, to ensure full conformity of our perfumes, returned products may later be used as testers for our distributors.

How long will it take to get my money back?

Return packages take between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered to us after deposit. We advise you to keep your tracking number and your proof of deposit. Once your package has been received, give our logistics team a few days to process your request. You will receive an email when your refund has been made. Refund is made on the means used for payment. If the fragrance was paid with a gift card, you will receive a new one by email.

Want to return your item? what to do?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return from The Netherlands are only accepted. Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Our clients’ satisfaction is very important for us, and we are trying to improve our customer experience. We hope to open the return and exchange to other countries soon
  • Products must remain film protected, including the packaging and the special accessories. Incomplete, damaged, opened, or altered items will not be accepted for return
  • Return made after 30 days of the delivery, will not be accepted
  • The package of the returned item must be sent to a courier within 30 days of the return authorization

Returns are free, please contact customer service through email, we will explain the all the steps to return your item.

You will be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt of your items returned to our warehouse, by crediting your bank card or your Paypal account.

How do I know if you received the items I returned?

Once your items is returned, you will be notified by email.

How can I use PANTOMIME Parfum virtual gift card?

The virtual gift cards available on our site by credit card or paypal.

It is not possible to buy a PANTOMIME Parfum virtual gift card with a PANTOMIME Parfum virtual gift card. It cannot be exchanged or refunded, valid for 1 year from the date of reception with an email confirmation

Where can I find my order invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to your email address.

If you lose it, you can find it any time on pantomime-parfum.com, in the “Order history” section of your account.

My payment was declined. what should I do?

First check that you did not make any mistakes when entering your credit card number.

If that still does not work, you can call our customer service we will do our best to help you.
