How long does Pantomime fragrances last?

All our fragrances are made to last for a long time. Since we’re a brand focusing on placing a synthetic raw material on the throne this might also tire your nose out over time. Meaning that you will possibly smell it a little less after months of wearing it but you’ll still receive plenty of compliments. If that happens just take a break for a few days and you’ll nose will be able to pick up all of the fragrance again, from top note all the way down to the base.

Are PANTOMIME Perfumes Moleculair Fragrances?

No, they cannot be categorized as Molecular Fragrances. Our approach is for a synthetic raw material to be our lead character, accompanied by well-chosen naturals. This is how we can add depth and complexity that simple formulas, like molecular fragrances, never can achieve. It’s a fine balance between science and nature.

Are synthetic raw materials bad? Are natural raw materials good?

There would be no modern perfumery without synthetic raw materials and they have been around for a long time. Since the 1800s in fact. Synthetic raw materials enables perfumers to create light, darkness, shadows, color and textures.

It enables us to translate things into scent that naturals simply can’t do in the same way. At Pantomime we believe in a combination of synthetics and naturals. This way we can create the Opaque Clarity we like to call our style of fragrance. Transparent Depth.

I can’t smell my fragrance anymore. Does that mean it has bad longevity?

It’s a common occurrence that you smell your fragrance less and less when wearing in often. The theories as to why this happens are plenty but one of the more interesting ones is that it this dates back to a time when we had a greater need of knowing if danger was approaching the place we lived. You smelt the people and animals around you less and picked up on new unknown scents more easily. Nose fatigue, as it also is known, is there for simply your body desensitizing itself to stimulation over time to help prevent overloading your nervous system so you can respond to new stimulation more easily. That’s why it can be good to alternate between fragrances or just taking a break for a few days.

Are the Fragrances Vegan?

All ACT’s are vegan with exception of ACT 2. (this act is not 100% vegan due to the musk Ambrettolide (which is produced from Shellac, which is in itself produced by lacbugs)

Are samples offered with my order?

Yes! Each 100 ml fragrance you order* comes along with a sample kit : a set of 5 ml samples of all acts.

Inclusive one sample of the same fragrance so you can try it out before opening your fragrance box packaging. We also offer you 4 extra samples of other PANTOMIME Parfum fragrances that you may like. The perfect way to get to know our complete collection, or as gift for Friends and Family. (Worth 25 euro)

What is the approximate shipping lead time?

Most of our orders are shipped within the 1-3 business day after your purchase from our Dutch warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within :

* European Union and The Netherlands  : 2-3 business days of its ship date

* International : 4-5 business days weeks of its ship date

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

We do not ship on the weekend.

I made a mistake in my delivery address. Can I modify it?

We make every effort to ensure you receive your orders in the best conditions.

I placed my order, but I changed my mind … Can I still modify or cancel it?

I ordered a PANTOMIME Parfum. I tried the perfume and I don’t like the scent. How do I return my package and get a refund?
  1. I have tried the perfume sample and the packaging of the full size is unopened.
    With each purchase a complimentary discovery set with 1.5 ml 0.05 fl.oz. samples is included. Use these to test the fragrance before opening the full size packaging. If your perfume does not suit you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your unopened 100 ml 3.38 fl.oz. package to us in its original case. For more details on our return policy, please go to our legal terms.

 

  1. I have tried the fragrance and the packaging of the full size packaging is opened.
    Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, if the packaging of the bottle has been opened or the bottle used, we cannot refund you. To test your perfume, it would more useful for you to use the sample included in your package. Make sure you like the fragrance before opening it.
How do i know if the fragrance has not been used ?

In order to verify that our perfumes have not been used and are still in their original packaging, we manually control each returned order. However, in order to guarantee to our customers the fullest conformity of our perfumes, they will be used later as testers for our distributors.

How long will it take to get my money back?

Return packages take between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered to us after deposit. We advise you to keep your tracking number and your proof of deposit. Once your package has been received, give our logistics team a few days to process your request. You will receive an email when your refund has been made. Refund is made on the means used for payment. If the fragrance was paid with a gift card, you will receive a new one by email.

Want to return your item? What to do ?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return from The Netherlands are only accepted. Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Our clients’ satisfaction is very important for us, and we are trying to improve our customer experience. We hope to open the return and exchange to other countries soon
  • Products must remain seal protected, including the packaging and the special accessories. Incomplete, damaged, opened, or altered items will not be accepted for return
  • Return made after 30 days of the delivery, will not be accepted
  • The package of the returned item must be sent to a courier within 30 days of the return authorization

You will be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt of your items returned to our warehouse, by crediting your bank card or your PayPal account.
